Relays
Relays are electromechanical or solid-state switching devices used to control electrical circuits by opening or closing contacts in response to an input signal. They act as intermediaries that allow a low-power control signal to switch a higher-power circuit safely and efficiently. Relays are fundamental in electrical and electronic systems where isolation, protection, or control of multiple circuits is required. They are available in a variety of types, including electromagnetic, reed, solid-state, and hybrid relays, each optimized for switching speed, current rating, voltage, and environmental conditions.
