RF MOSFETs (Radio Frequency Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistors) are specialized transistors designed for high-frequency amplification and switching in RF and microwave circuits. Unlike standard MOSFETs, RF MOSFETs are optimized for low parasitic capacitance, high transition frequency (fT), high gain, and linearity, enabling efficient operation at frequencies ranging from tens of megahertz to several gigahertz.
